In your Watchlist, you can compile all the movies you want to see in the cinema or by streaming. If you switch between desktop and mobile devices, your current Watchlist will always appear on each device.
However, this service is only available if you have registered as a cinefile user (free of charge) and are logged in.
Cinefile is a Swiss film platform founded in 2018 that operates a comprehensive movie guide, a streaming service and a DVD/Blu-Ray rental service.
The streaming selection ranges from the latest cinema hits to classics and is based on the motto "Only Good Movies": We deliberately limit the range to a maximum of 1000 entertainment and arthouse films and update it on an ongoing basis. The five-strong selection team only selects films that are really worth seeing. All films are available in HD and original version with freely selectable subtitles, some also in German or French dubbed versions. The films can be streamed with all common browsers or via the Android TV app, which is available in the Google Play Store.
The complete range is available with the free Basic registration for individual rental or in the Take 2/3/4 subscriptions, which include 2, 3 or 4 films per month, or 12, 18 or 24 films per half-year with discounts of up to 50 percent.
The cinefile cinema guide offers a complete overview of the Swiss cinema program with all important information and reservation links for all films, including arthouse cinemas, film museums and open airs.

Unused film credits expire at the end of the subscription period. All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the term if they are not canceled. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time: simply click on the new option. All adjustments are made at the end of the current subscription period. The movie guide is ad-free with a Light or Take subscription.

New York in the 1950s: Marty Mauser, a crafty salesman and table tennis ace, was supposed to build a career at his uncle’s shoe store. Instead, he travels to the World Championships in London, where he loses to a Japanese player using a new type of racket. In Tokyo, he would have the chance for a big rematch. But how to finance the trip when his girlfriend back home is pregnant, the cuckolded husband of a theater diva is out for revenge, and a mobster’s runaway dog needs to be found? Marty embarks on the obstacle course of his life.
Millie, a young woman with a criminal record, finds a job as a maid for a wealthy family with an only child. She quickly realizes that the entire family is under the thumb of the capricious lady of the house. When the latter develops acute psychotic tendencies, Millie grows closer and closer to her attractive husband. But he, too, seems to have a hidden side.
